Depression – The Pandemic of All Pandemics

Depression

Depression – Throughout history, there have been many socioeconomic challenges that people have had to face. The COVID 19 pandemic is clearly a socioeconomic challenge that has affected people all over the world. No matter what your beliefs or stance is on this issue it continues to disrupt the headspace of most of the world. People are not only affected physically but mentally as well.

The social unrest is disruptive and unsettling but what very few talk about is also having a large impact on people and our society. of significance is that when people feel anxiety and depression that this can have a very negative impact on our society.

Brief History

Before the 1980s, there were only about 8% of people who were deemed “clinically depressed”.  Fast forward to the 21st century, and we are in an era where benzodiazepines and SSRIs are handed out like candy at a candy store.Hope for Depression

These two drug classes have contributed to concern about “foggy brain” and debilitating thoughts are now more present in our everyday lives.  This phenomenon is not new but the pandemic and the isolation of people have turned a once “situational” depressive state for individuals into a mass-scale confusion of large segments of society.

To add to the confusion, the medical and mental health community fuels this confusion by misdiagnosing depression at its core.  Situational episodes of life circumstances such as job loss, money issues, divorce, loss of a loved one, or dealing with health issues as a whole can cause an episode of doleful mood and foggy brain. However, many people have slipped into an depressive state whereby the actual brain chemistry has changed and no amount of synthetic drugs produced in a lab is going to help.

Science needs to be applied properly to solve this issue.

Science

Orthomolecular science has been around for decades helping the affluent, rich and famous, actors and sports figures but now is the time that this must become mainstream, along with psychedelic medicine to truly heal the masses once and for all.

True, intracellular healing is the practice of combining nutrients in a synergistic form (more powerful healing together) to heal the cells of the body naturally and holistically.

lightThrough the Beck’s Depression Inventory test, orthomolecular healing with cutting edge products like progesterone cream and Revive, along with clinical trials, we are slowly made progress and depression and anxiety can now be healed with holistic medicine without the toxicity of synthetic drugs.

History of Depression

Over time, the brain chemistry breaks down from suppressed issues of our past and the only way to rewire the brain is to feed it with cellular penetration of nutrients and release the endogenous thoughts we have had since some of our trauma. What most do not realize is that trauma is NOT just reserved for war veterans. For example, it could also be caused by losing a pet at an early age of life.

As small children, we are not equipped with the brain overlay to deal properly with loss. As we age, we receive more and more stressors from society and we do not properly deal with or heal from these situational incidences that may add up over time.

Anywhere from about age 30-50 (depends on each circumstance), our bodies begin to break down and show signs of foggy brain, depressed moods, lack of interest in everyday things, and perhaps even result in a state of confusion and isolation.

We mask most of this by “self-medicating” through latte’s, more sugar substances (acts like cocaine in the body), booze, addictions to sex, drugs, or gambling.  Depression, completely wrongly defined by the medical community, is simply internalized anger, fear, or both packaged into a state of isolation and stuck in flight mode within the cells of the body.

We can now release all of this through online, intense psychotherapy, and supplementation based upon science.

Wrap Up

As individuals, we have been dealing with differing levels of depression for our entire lives. Medication alone is generally not the answer. Many things affect brain chemistry, and piling on pharmaceuticals is not a solution, it may just mask the problems, If you or someone you know is suffering from depression, contact us or reach out to the SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) helpline.
